Kerrie Noonan is a clinical psychologist in the palliative care service at Liverpool Hospital, Sydney Australia and part of the caring at end of life research team at Western Sydney University. Ms Noonan has a long-standing interest in community capacity building approaches to death, dying and bereavement and how people and communities can build their death literacy.

Over the past 20 years she has led the delivery of multiple community capacity projects, and cofounded The GroundSwell Project, an organisation transforming end of life conversations into deep community engagement and social action.

Ms Noonan is an inaugural council member of Public Health Palliative Care International. She has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, a BA (Psychology), and a Grad. Dip. in Systemic Therapy (Family Therapy).
